Deciding to begin therapy is not easy, but you did it. And I’m here to help you with the therapy work.
I provide counselling to individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, and interpersonal conflict. I have experience supporting people with severe and persistent mental illness. So as a masters level student therapist, I bring both studying and direct experience helping others with mental health issues.
You will find that starting therapy opens up new ways to deal with problems and challenges. I am ready to start working with you on that and help you achieve the improved well-being that you want.
Using a client-centred approach gives me the skills to make counselling more comfortable for you. I want you to feel supported in our work together. I have a non-judgmental and compassionate outlook.
I will use different therapeutic approaches to guide our work together and provide practical tools for making the changes you want in your life.
And for clients who commit to the process can be full of personal successes, big and small.
