What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, debit, cash, checks, and e-transfers.
When do I pay for my sessions?
You pay for your counselling before your session starts. Clients are often busy and at times there can be other people making payments, as well, which can be inconvenient for you. In order to make it the most convenient for clients, providing your credit card information allows us to process payment for each session, and you immediately receive an email receipt of each session transaction.
I have a hectic schedule; do you have phone or Skype counselling available?
Yes, we offer Skype, Facetime and phone counselling for people, who for various reasons, need an alternative to visiting the therapist’s office. This is especially helpful for people who live far from Winnipeg, and many people from all over Manitoba find this extremely helpful.
How do I schedule an appointment?
You can schedule an appointment by calling (204) 588-0822 or (204) 588-0325 ext. 102 or e-mailing me. If you have further questions, I am happy to offer a free 15 minute phone consultation to determine if I am the right therapist for you.
What is your cancellation policy?
Clients are required to cancel appointments at least 24 hours before their session, if not able to attend. This allows our counsellors to use that appointment time for clients on our waitlist and our therapists do not lose an hour of work. There is a high demand for our qualified counsellors and appointments canceled less than 24 hours before your session will be charged the full session fee.
