
I am passionate about supporting children and youth who are navigating anxiety, low self-esteem, eating disorders, and symptoms related to obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD).
While my primary focus is with young people, I also work with adults navigating similar challenges. My approach is strengths-based and eclectic, drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment theory, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
I believe that healing happens through connection and compassion. By fostering a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship, I help individuals discover their inner strengths and develop the tools they need to navigate difficult emotions and experiences.
