Making small or significant changes can be challenging. Deciding to start therapy means you’re taking a step toward change.

It is common to fear that things will remain the same when your life is hard. And you can also fear letting go of the familiar as you learn new ways to better deal with the problems.

Therapy can help you better understand yourself, what motivates you, and what you really need.

I am here to help you identify the obstacles in your life and overcome them. In therapy, you define your vision of where you want to be. And it enables you to make the necessary changes to make that vision a reality.

Mental health issues can be challenging to overcome alone. I am here to walk alongside you in that process of self-knowledge and growth.

I have experience with individuals with persistent suicidal thoughts, self-harm thoughts and behaviours, depression, anxiety, and trauma. I work with youth and adults.

In those first few sessions, we will better understand your goals and expectations. And I will use the skills and techniques I believe will be the most helpful for you.

I understand how mental health issues can be challenging to overcome, and I am here to walk alongside you to find meaning and healing.

I am doing my Master’s in Social Work at the University of Manitoba. And I have a background in psychology.
In addition, my training and career have been focused on the Mental Health field, which is a huge passion of mine.
